Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner rolling out plant at Boeing's Everett. This is the first prototype that built to have certain test and certification programs. Similar with Boeing Dreamliner series, most of aircraft structure made of composite.
Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner is the stretched version of original Boeing 787-8. The 787-9 has 6 meters longer but same in wingspan area. In same seat configuration (three classes seats) this aircraft able to carry 40 people more, up to 280 passengers. Air New Zealand was the first customer who operates this aircraft, first delivery conducted in July 2014.
